Admission

Admission of new students is decided upon by the Admission Committee and is based on the entrance test results, previous academic performance as shown in the credentials from the previous school, recommendation from the Principal, Guidance Counselor and/or Teacher of the former school, accomplished application form and personal interview.

Admission Procedures

  1. Inquire for details at the Human Resource Center (HRC).
  2. Pay the Application/ Testing Fee at the Cashier’s Office.
  3. Present the Admission Application/ Testing Fee official receipt and secure Application form and two blank forms of Recommendation Letters from the Human Resource Center (HRC).
  4. Submit before due date the completed Application Form with all the required documents at the HRC then secure your entrance exam permit.
  5. Take the Qualifying Examination on the scheduled time and date. Present the exam permit on the date of examination. Results will be posted on the HRC Bulletin Board one week after testing date.
  6. For those who passed the qualifying examination only: Notification for an interview schedule will be given. Be there on time.

Admission Requirements

  1. Accomplished Application Form
  2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (2 copies)
  3. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (1 clear copy)
  4. Original and Photocopy of Report Card (1 clear copy)
  5. Two colored ID picture (1×1) – recent and identical
  6. Recommendation Letter from the Adviser or Guidance Counselor
  7. Recommendation Letter from the Principal
  8. Entrance Examination Fee

Additional Requirements of the Registrar

  1. Original Report Card or F138
  2. Transfer Credential or Honorable Dismissal
  3. Certification of Grades

For Scholarship Applicants

  1. Personal Scholarship Application Letter
  2. Recommendation Letter for Scholarship Grant from the Principal
  3. Photocopy of Income Tax Return (latest) or Certificate of Non Filer from the Barangay Chairman
